Tippecanoe School Corporation

Renovation Project

McCutcheon High School is undergoing renovations as part of Tippecanoe School Corporation’s long-range planning, feasibility studies and broader site master plan to support students now and in the future. The project includes updates to learning spaces, improvements for specialized programs and new athletic facilities.

Through the feasibility study, TSC analyzed current school conditions, academic needs, demographic trends, building capacity and identified key areas for improvement. The projects outlined below reflect those immediate priorities, while additional future renovations have not yet been determined.

Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS)

Family and Consumer Sciences classrooms will move to a newly renovated area on the northeast side of the building, which currently houses Career and Technical Education (CTE) and storage space. The updated space will support several programs, including:

  • Foods lab for culinary instruction
  • Childcare classrooms
  • Textiles lab
  • Additional classroom space for FACS courses

  • Larger classrooms for expanded learning space
  • Dedicated areas for occupational therapy (OT) and physical therapy (PT)
