Ruling Our eXperiences (ROX) is the nation's only nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the complex and evolving needs of girls through extensive research and an evidence-based curriculum for students in grades 5-12. With a mission to create generations of confident girls, ROX empowers participants through meaningful, developmentally relevant learning.  As a ROX facilitator, Mrs. Gilbert leads small-group sessions that provide girls with a supportive space to explore real-world topics, build essential life skills, and grow in confidence.  Girls who complete the 20-week program are invited to continue their leadership journey by mentoring and serving as role models for younger students at McCutcheon.
