Mavericks Robotics has reached an incredible milestone, earning the title of FIRST Indiana State Champions for the first time in program history!
The team delivered an outstanding performance throughout the competition, finishing qualification matches ranked #1 overall. This achievement earned them the opportunity to captain Alliance 1, where they partnered with Supurdueper Robotics (7457) and FIRST Team 1741 - Red Alert Robotics.
The championship came down to an intense, best-of-three finals series. In a thrilling conclusion, the alliance secured the victory and brought home the blue banner, marking a historic moment for Maverick Robotics.
Building on this momentum, the team is now preparing for their next challenge: the FIRST Championship in Houston, taking place April 30 through May 2. Competing on the world stage is an exciting opportunity, and the team looks forward to representing their school and community at the highest level.
