Attendance Information
Attendance matters: Students need to be at school and be on time every day. Students should not have more than 9 unexcused absences from a class in a semester. If at all possible, schedule student appointments outside of school hours.

By filling out the above form you are notifying the school that you are aware that this absence is a Parent/Guardian Approved Unexcused Absence. Absences are not considered Excused until the school has received a note/document. Please promptly turn in any Medical/Dental/Government-
GLCA students need to report absences to GLCA.
Parents do not need to come into the building to sign students in/out if we have received notice through this attendance form, an email to the email above, or by a handwritten parent note.
Check PowerSchool often for absences. Report errors to the attendance office immediately.
